Job Description:

As an SEO Manager at bizWorkz, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing SEO strategies to increase our clients’ online visibility, traffic, and lead generation. Your expertise in SEO tools and techniques will be key in ensuring our clients achieve their digital marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • SEO Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies tailored to B2B, SaaS, and technology clients to improve their online presence.
  • On-Page and Off-Page Optimization: Implement on-page and off-page SEO best practices, including keyword research, content optimization, link-building, and technical SEO enhancements.
  • SEO Tools: Leverage a wide range of SEO tools, including SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and others, to analyze data and track performance.
  • Content Optimization: Collaborate with content teams to optimize website content for SEO, ensuring alignment with target keywords and industry trends.
  • Competitive Analysis: Conduct competitive research to identify SEO opportunities and stay ahead in the industry.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor SEO performance, prepare reports, and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Client Communication: Maintain open and transparent communication with clients, providing regular updates on SEO progress and results.
  • Technical SEO: Address technical SEO issues, improve site speed, and enhance site architecture to ensure optimal search engine performance.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 to 4 years of professional experience in SEO with a strong focus on B2B, SaaS, and technology companies.
  • Deep expertise in both on-page and off-page SEO techniques and strategy development.
  • Proficiency with a wide range of SEO tools, including SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
  • Solid understanding of search engine algorithms and industry trends.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of improving SEO performance.
