Job Description:

As the Account Manager (Digital Marketing Strategist) at bizWorkz, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies for our clients worldwide. You will be a core member working with the founding team, and your expertise & leadership will be crucial in enhancing online presence, attracting and retaining customers, and maximising digital marketing investments for our clients globally.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Strategy and Development

  1. Participate in developing the overall marketing strategy aligned with client’s business/marketing/engagement objectives.
  2. Develop strategies to build lasting connections with the target audience and enhance brand visibility.
  3. Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to meet business objectives, focusing on performance marketing, Google Ads/PPC, SEO, and inbound marketing.

Market Research, competitor research and Analysis

  1. Conduct market research to identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  2. Utilize market research insights to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.

Analytics and Performance Monitoring

  1. Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Webmaster Tools.
  2. Track ROI (Return on Investment) and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators); strive to improve results based on data-driven insights.

Marketing Project Planning and Execution

  1. Plan and execute digital marketing projects and campaigns.
  2. Ideate and create marketing collaterals, websites, marketing assets like demo videos, white-papers, case studies, etc. and distribute them across various media and social platforms.
  3. Measure and analyze the impact and effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  4. Performance Marketing: Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns to drive conversions and ROI.
  5. SEO: Oversee on-page and off-page SEO initiatives to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
  6. Inbound Marketing: Implement inbound marketing tactics to attract and nurture leads through content marketing, email marketing, and other strategies.
  7. Marketing Automation: Leverage marketing automation tools like HubSpot to streamline and optimize marketing workflows and lead nurturing processes.
  8. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  9. Budget Management: Manage digital marketing budgets effectively and allocate resources to achieve the best results.
  10. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a digital marketing team, fostering collaboration and skill development.

Lead Generation

  1. Implement strategies for both organic and inorganic lead generation.
  2. Utilize digital marketing techniques to attract new leads and prospects.

Content Creation and Coordination

  1. Coordinate the creation of digital content, including website content, blogs, press releases, etc.
  2. Prepare and distribute online newsletters and promotional emails through various channels.

Social Media Management

  1. Manage and oversee social media accounts for the company.
  2. Develop engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
  3. Monitor and respond to comments and messages; engage with the online community.

Qualifications:

  • 4 to 5 years of professional experience with digital marketing/ Digital Marketing Analyst/ Digital Marketing Manager/ Account Manager. Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Strategist or similar role.
  • Proven success in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that drive results.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Proven experience and expertise of managing and developing teams
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Deep knowledge and hands-on experience in performance marketing, Google Ads/PPC, SEO (on-page and off-page), and inbound marketing.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools, with HubSpot expertise being a significant plus.
  • Experience using tools like SEMRush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing and SEO software.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
