Job Description:

As the Digital Marketing Manager at bizWorkz, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies. Your expertise will be crucial in enhancing our online presence, attracting and retaining customers, and maximizing our digital marketing investments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to meet business objectives, focusing on performance marketing, Google Ads/PPC, SEO, and inbound marketing.
  • Performance Marketing: Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns to drive conversions and ROI.
  • SEO: Oversee on-page and off-page SEO initiatives to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
  • Inbound Marketing: Implement inbound marketing tactics to attract and nurture leads through content marketing, email marketing, and other strategies.
  • Marketing Automation: Leverage marketing automation tools like HubSpot to streamline and optimize marketing workflows and lead nurturing processes.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Competitive Analysis: Utilize tools such as SEMRush, Ahrefs, and others to conduct competitive research and gain insights into market trends.
  • Budget Management: Manage digital marketing budgets effectively and allocate resources to achieve the best results.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a digital marketing team, fostering collaboration and skill development.


  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in digital marketing.
  • Deep knowledge and hands-on experience in performance marketing, Google Ads/PPC, SEO (on-page and off-page), and inbound marketing.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools, with HubSpot expertise being a significant plus.
  • Experience using tools like SEMRush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing and SEO software.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Proven success in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that drive results.
