Job Description:

As a Business Development Manager at bizWorkz, you will be instrumental in driving our business forward by identifying and connecting with potential clients who are in need of our digital marketing services, managed marketing services, website design and development, web app development, and mobile app development. You will play a key role in expanding our presence in the US market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Use your expertise to identify and generate leads for our suite of services, targeting US clients.
  • Prospecting: Conduct in-depth research to identify potential clients and decision-makers, creating tailored approaches for outreach.
  • LinkedIn Outreach: Utilize LinkedIn and other social platforms to establish and nurture relationships with key prospects.
  • Cold Calling: Initiate and conduct cold calling campaigns to engage potential clients and introduce our services.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and ensuring that our services align with their objectives.
  • Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value of our services.
  • Sales Strategies: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve lead generation and sales goals.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with our marketing and sales teams to ensure a cohesive approach to lead generation and business development.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 to 4 years of professional experience in business development or sales, with a proven track record in lead generation.
  • Expertise in generating leads for digital marketing services, managed marketing services, website design and development, web app development, and mobile app development services.
  • Strong proficiency in prospecting and lead generation through methods such as LinkedIn outreach and cold calling.
  • Knowledge of the US market and its specific business development trends.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
